NPA Appoints New Directors.

The Netball Players Association (NPA) is delighted to announce the appointment of Mary Guest and Shona Silton as directors of the association as it embarks on the next phase of its growth and development.




Mary Guest, General Counsel and Interim HR Director at Lucozade Ribena Suntory Limited. Mary heads the Legal and HR teams at LRS where she is responsible for legal compliance, corporate governance, and all people matters across Great Britain and Ireland. Mary has previously worked in private practice for both Clifford Chance and Linklaters, and she spent six years at The FA working across the commercial landscape including on The FA’s sponsorship and broadcast programmes, as well as the development of the women’s game. In particular, she was involved in the set-up of the WSL and the launch of Central Contracts for the Senior England Women’s team during her time there.

Shona Silton, Director, Global Agency Facebook

Shona is responsible for driving education, advocacy, and strategic partnerships with holding companies and their global advertising agencies. She focusses on leading scalable opportunities that transform Facebook's partnerships with agencies.

In her spare time, Shona is a keen Netballer. She plays at a high level and coaches her local team having previously coached Back to Netball and teams in the US.
