Further appointment to Netball Players Association Board.

Andrew Rogers, Head of Governance and Regulation for Premiership Rugby.

Andrew has extensive experience of advising sports organisations across the world on sports governance and regulatory frameworks. He led on the development and implementation of the Premiership’s Standard Player Contract and has also steered the sport through some complex regulatory issues, against the backdrop of a challenging political environment. This included developing a salary cap system that successfully defended a competition law challenge resulting in a landmark sports law decision.

“I am very excited to be joining the NPA as one of their new directors. It’s a great opportunity to use the knowledge and expertise I have gained working in sport over the last 21 years to support the players during netball’s journey into professionalism. I hope this will help drive positive change for the NPA and the players.” Andrew Rogers

“We are delighted that Andrew is joining our Board and bringing such a wealth of experience across the vital areas of governance and regulation. As netball continues its progress into an era of professionalism these are topics which the NPA will be navigating on behalf of our members and Andrew’s support will be invaluable.” Liz Bloor, NPA Managing Director
