Dr. Emma Kavanagh is a leading British Association of Sport Exercise Sciences (BASES) Accredited Sport and Exercise Scientist, offering independent player welfare support to members of the NPA.
Emma helps athletes to better understand themselves in order to get the best out of their performance on court and in their everyday lives through:

Passionate about enabling athletes to thrive in performance climates, Emma has gained a wealth of experience working with world-class athletes, coaches and practitioners in the build up to and during major sporting events; attending both the inaugural European Games in Baku in 2017 and Gold Coast Commonwealth Games in 2018 as a member of support staff.
Working independently with athletes across a range of sports, Emma is currently preparing a number of athletes on their path to Olympic and Paralympic Games in Tokyo 2020.
