As the representative body and collective voice of professional and semi-professional netball players in the UK, the NPA has a fantastic opportunity for two Player Liaison Officers to join the team and make a valuable contribution to the growth and direction of the sport.
Established in 2016 to look after the interests of all Roses and VNSL players from the youngest to the superstars of the international game, the NPA is the newest Players Association in the country representing an exclusively female membership. The association is starting to have a significant impact on the direction of the sport supporting and promoting players rights and welfare.
The player liaison role is structured to help the NPA to deliver enhanced member welfare, to ensure the players voice is heard and to enhance opportunities for player development. Each of the liaison officers will be highly visible to the membership, contribute innovate ways to develop the association and ensure that the association is transparent to all members.
The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work closely alongside and be mentored by the NPA directors who have extensive networks and a wealth of business and commercial experience.
This is an exciting time to join the NPA and as a Player Liaison Officer you will become a key contact point and influencer for NPA members, prospective new members and club staff.
