NPA YOUTH MEMBERSHIP
The NPA are proud to have set up a youth membership to support Youth players in a Super League or National Pathway through access to NPA Core Services including Youth specific services. With an aim to represent all players equally we want to ensure that youth players are getting support as they come through the pathways to NSL; providing individual support with Transition, Education Choices and Career Planning through support from expert advisors and senior NPA members.
The NPA hs made a commitment to support players in their lives off court and also in their performances on it. We provide a number of services to members that can be tailored to fit individual needs.

COMMERCIAL AND LEGAL SUPPORT
Our partners at Tactic Connect, work with the NPA to provide commercial support to players both on and off of the court. Such support can help our members make sustainable career influencing decisions, through guidance provided by a highly experienced team.
The opportunity to work independently with practitioners who can support your mental health and wellbeing, alongside your on court performance is an integral part of the NPA welfare provision. You can access confidential support through our practitioners at Vector Performance Coaching and Mind in Sport.

Managing your life outside of netball can offer many opportunities and challenges. We work with Golden Potential and Vector Performance Coaching to offer a range of lifestyle services. Support can help members maintain the balance between performance and life when it matters.
