The Netball Players Association (NPA) is a player organisation working to support its members, who are professional and semi-professional netballers in the UK, to thrive on and off the court. It plays a vital role in shaping a sustainable and successful future for elite netball players through representation, career education, commercial advice, and wellbeing support.

The Role

To enhance and support our growing role in the professionalisation of the sport, the NPA is seeking to recruit further non-executive board members. The Board undertakes the scrutiny and oversight of the executive the development of strategic goals and priorities, the assessment of the organisation’s performance in delivering first-class player services and the adoption and implementation of good governance practices and arrangements. We are seeking new board members who have a passion for female sport, as well as the skills, experience and time to carry out the important work on behalf of the organisation that comes with the position.


They must be individuals who display high standards of integrity and probity and are prepared to build productive and constructive relationships with stakeholders in the pursuit of the aims of the organisation and advocate for the NPA and its members.
